This one is a little different than usual. I started it after learning of the death of one of my drawing teachers from way back.
Her name was Jean Schiff. She was tough, demanding, dedicated and funny. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of Jean’s work online but you can see a handful of her drawings here.
Feeling a little stressed out trying to finish 11 paintings in time for my opening on September 11. Trying to keep hopelessness at bay with 5 hour energy drinks and boxed wine. Probably a terrible idea.
